|Day 1: Hanoi Arrival|
On your arrival at the Noi Bai International Airport, you will be welcomed by our guide and driver who will bring you to your hotel. Free at your leisure after the long flight.

|Day 2: Full-day city Tour – Water Puppet Show (B/L/D)|
After breakfast, The tour starts with a visit to the Temple of Literature. Built in October 1073 to worship Confucius, it is the first known university in Vietnam. We then take the short drive to Hoan Kiem Lake where you will see Ngoc Son Temple, which worships Van Xuong saint, and Tran Hung Dao, a former general commander.
You can then walk down the elegant tree lined boulevards where we can see many French influences such as Hanoi Opera House, the State Bank, the former Governor’s palace, and the Hanoi Cathedral (Saint Joseph’s built in the late 19th century).
Enjoy dinner at one of the local restaurants before going to see the unique and intriguing Water Puppet Show, a traditional folk performance held on the Red River Delta.
Overnight in Hanoi
|Day 3: Hanoi – Ha Long Bay (B/L/D)|
Today travel by coach through the rich farm land of the Red River Delta to arrive at Halong Bay. Designated a World Heritage site in 1994, Halong Bay’s spectacular scatter of islands, dotted with wind and wave-eroded grottoes, is a vision of ethereal beauty.
Upon arrival you will board your vessel to visit the thousands of limestone islands filled with caves of all shapes and sizes. The sails of junks and sampans gliding along the clear and emerald waters of the bay form a magnificent scene that blends into the sky. You will also have the opportunity to visit some of the hidden grottoes beneath the towering cliffs.
While on-board you’ll also enjoy lunch and dinner plus the opportunity to participate in activities such as mini golf and cooking demonstrations.
Overnight on Cruise
|Day 4: Ha Long Bay – Hanoi (B/L/-)|
Awake early and participate in Tai Chi on the top deck or simply relax and enjoy the sunrise over the bay’s towering islands, a sight not to be missed, especially if you are into photography. Enjoy a morning cup of coffee or tea, before setting out to explore nearby islands by rowboat. Return to take advantage of the sundeck and admire the amazing rock formations of Halong Bay. Enjoy an early lunch before disembarking the cruise. Return your hotel in Hanoi. Free at leisure.
Overnight in Hanoi
|Day 5: City Tour – Departure (B/-/-)|
After breakfast, you will be picked at hotel to visit Ho Chi Minh Complex (Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum, One Pillar Pagoda) and Tran Quoc Pagoda, one of the oldest pagodas in Vietnam. Then transfer to the Noi Bai International Airport for your departure.
